Appointments
Book through my website, by text, or by email. Clear communication about your booking helps me give every guest the best experience.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, but I need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. With less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of the service price will be charged to the card on file.
Punctuality
Please arrive on time. If you're running late, your service time may be shortened — and if you're more than 10 minutes late, I may need to reschedule, and the cancellation fee may still apply.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health concerns, inappropriate behavior, or repeated no-shows.
Products
I sell a small range of beauty products in the studio. All products are sold as-is; returns or exchanges are only accepted for proven manufacturing defects. I'm not responsible for adverse reactions or damage from improper use — please follow the instructions or ask me if you're unsure.
Payments
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. No deposit is needed, but the card on file may be charged for late cancellations or no-shows per my cancellation policy. Payment for services or products is due at the time of service or checkout. I accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, and Apple Cash. If your bank declines a payment, additional fees may apply.
Liability
I take every precaution to keep your experience safe and high-quality, but Waxity SD isn't liable for injuries, adverse reactions, or damages from services or products. Please tell me about any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment so I can take care of you properly.
Intellectual Property
Everything on my website, social media, and promotional materials — images, text, videos, branding — belongs to Waxity SD. My logo and business name are registered trademarks and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without my written consent.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to me. I only collect the personal information I need to serve you — your name, contact info, and payment details — and I never share it with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Questions about your data? Email me at waxitysd@gmail.com.
Prohibited Use
By using my services, products, or website, you agree not to use them for anything illegal or unauthorized; not to copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce my content without permission; not to interfere with my website or services; and not to harass, threaten, or defame me or other guests. Violations may lead to terminated services and legal action.
Guest Responsibilities
Please give me accurate, complete information when booking or buying. Arrive on time — and if you're running late, let me know as soon as you can. Follow the aftercare guidance I give you for the best results. Keep me posted on any changes in your health or medical history that could affect your service. You're responsible for the safety and conduct of any minors or guests you bring along.
Age Restrictions
Services and products are for guests 18 and older. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with written consent. Some services may have additional age restrictions — I'll let you know when you book.
Changes to Services or Pricing
I may modify, pause, or discontinue services or products at any time, and prices may change at my discretion. I'll always communicate updates on my website or by email.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. With less notice, a 50% fee applies, charged to the card on file. Services already performed are non-refundable, as are opened, used, or consumed products (unless defective).
Guests and Pets
To keep the studio safe and professional, please don't bring extra guests or pets to your appointment unless they're receiving services too. Children under 12 must be supervised at all times. Pets aren't allowed in the studio, except service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities.
Changes to These Terms
