Privacy Policy

At Waxity SD, protecting your privacy is personal to me. This policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and the control you have over it.

What I collect

When you book an appointment, buy a product, or sign up for my newsletter, I may collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information.

How I use it
To book your appointments, process payments, and deliver products — and, if you're up for it, to send you marketing emails or texts about services or products you might like. You can opt out of those anytime.

Your rights
You can access, update, or delete your personal information at any time — just contact me, and I'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Security
I take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, including encryption, firewalls, and secure servers.

Sharing
I don't share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or necessary to provide services (like payment processing). I will never sell it. Ever.

Cookies
My website may use cookies or similar technologies to improve your experience and help me understand usage patterns. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as well.

Changes
I may update this policy as needed. Significant changes will be posted on my website, and I'll notify you if necessary.
